Great experience, Great service, great food, and great place
Ordered through Door Dash and after waiting 45 minutes, the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to find out what happened and here's where things went really sideways...The manager (Pete?) was very snippy and basically acted like it wasn't his problem and blamed Door Dash. Fine, but unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we've had issues with this store with delivery, customer service and/or food quality. If the manager would have been helpful, this whole situation would have been a lot better because ultimately we're customers of the restaurants. If they can't figure out how to work with their 3rd party delivery effectively, they shouldn't work with them and they definitely shouldn't take their issues out on their customers. Can't a girl just get some chicken wings??!
