Buffalo Wild Wings

I have come 3 times and only ate one of them because the other 2 times they never gave me a table even thought they had tables available they always tell me to wait 10 minutes and I did… but after the 10 minutes they never gave me a table so I left because the employees were just on their phones and didn’t want to take care of us.

Waited an hour for no beers or food, finally just walked out. Avoid this location!

The service was normal but today when I went to pick up my order I noticed they gave me the wrong flavored wings with my meal so I had to go back and wait for them to fix the order. I got the flavor corrected and was just ready to go home after a long day at work. When I got home, I realized that I never got fries with my meal. I also ordered the Ultimate nachos and the chicken didn't come with it. I also ordered a house sampler and did not receive condiments silverware or napkins. I realize you might be understaffed but there were only two people in the restaurant eating maybe pay a little more attention to what you're doing, some people may be allergic to the products and you're just handing out the wrong order.

Could not be served because of only one server there

We had a bundle order that was ready on time however once we got home we discovered the traditional wings we ordered were cooked hard and tasted like they were old or at best way over cooked. I have not had a negative experience at this location before but this was very disappointing.

Went in to dine in, it wasn't that busy but there were definitely people there. Sat down and waited for 30 minutes to get served. Went to the manager and was told that they only had one server so I should be patient. I asked if we should expect to be served soon or if we should just leave, and he said just leave. Waited almost 40 minutes for nothing.

I aint even gonna lie. Managing skills, staffing issues, wait time is horrible

Waitress and manager wouldn't accept our new gift card, and instead wrote down the information on it. I just checked to see the money had been drained off of it the day we visited. We ended up having to use credit card and got scammed out of our gift card.
