Buffalo Wild Wings

Was there on Thursday for the Pacer game. The waitress was Horrible. Kept saying she was the only waitress when we could clearly see there was others, she forgot about our table so it took 30 minutes to order and then another 30 minutes to get our food. They had muliple empty tables when we arrived and was not busy. We ordered 12 wings and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was crunchy and did not have the right toppings. We did not get any refills. Did not complain about the food because it had taken so long to get it, we didn't think we would get another order in a timely fashion. We had to ask a different waitress for our bill and a box. If the waitress would have paid more attention to her job instead of the fake eyelashes she had on she may have had a chance. Worst experience.

Service is sub-par to be a downtown location. They are constantly without servers, cooks etc. If you order for take out be prepared to add an extra 30-45 minutes to your time. Also, check your food BEFORE you leave.

What a crazy place to go eat on a wednesday evening. Our waitress was new and did not have an idea on how to get our food to us. The wings were cold, the service was that slow. The screaming at the front door by a patron... Left me with the feeling that I was going to get shot just sitting in the restaurant. A nice evening turned into a sad and somewhat scary place. We will not return again.

Update 2/29/2024: Still horrible. Update 6/15/21: Still one star. Asked for and was told I'd receive an refund for an order made in error. Never received it, don't come here. Terrible process for carry out. Even when you order ahead online. Completely disorganized. They need some serious help.

At 9pm on a Saturday night, looking for a kid friendly spot to watch the game, we chose BWWS. Never Again - hands down, Go to Hooters instead!! There were several people waiting in the lobby, yet.... The dining room had atleast 75% of the tables OPEN! We were instructed to wait, we would b seated after the other guests which were already there. We watched, waited almost 5 mins, not one person was seated! Or acknowledged. Unacceptable I'm certain had we stayed ... The process and time to get food to our table would've been infuriating. FAIL I DONT SUGGEST WASTING UR TIME HERE ‍♀️

I’m not sure why we can’t get service here. Everyone is working so hard. Employee literally sleeping in the booth. Wow
