Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Food quality and customer service is subpar compared to a full size BWW. This location appears to be staffed by teens who seem to care less about the job. This could be due to poor training or management, but there's plenty of room for improvement. It's rude to have your order taken from a person listening to music on their ear buds. The wings were below average, not the usual BWW quality. This location is fairly new, but the maintenance and upkeep appears lacking and it's already showing signs of heavier wear and tear. Not not necessarily what you want to see coming into a restaurant. Just disappointing overall. Parking: Plenty of free spots in front of and around the shared parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Tiny location, no room for a bunch of people or kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair accessibility from the parking lot to the sidewalk into the store.

Husband ordered from here tonight for the first time. Stupid expensive for a dozen wings which were so so, cold fries/onion rings, carrots & celery that were old and on their last leg. Should I say the ranch dressing was gross. Definitely pass! Much better restaurants out there where you can get a good meal and not feel like you have overpaid.

Sauce was cold and just poured on the wings. Dry rub just shaken on wings.

40+min wait for every order (including pre-orders) during Super Bowl.

I've ordered from here a few time since they have opened. Each time it has been great. Food is ready on time and the orders have been accurate. Since the app does not let you add special instructions anymore, I have called this store just after placing an online order. In each case they implemented the special instructions without fail. Parking: Strip mall parking but haven't had any issues.

Hope you enjoy the extra wait when you order pick up. They like to let people take your order. It's definitely easier since you wait to be greeted.

No need to go to the regular restaurant, order from the app, they give you a time, and it's ready. Hot and fresh with a great amount of sauce. Staff was very friendly, food was great, was ready within 1 minute of the estimate, I'm sold. Much better than regular locations.

Over rated wings, bad service.
