Cashier asked me if I wanted ranch for my wings I say yes and no ranch for either order
It's not a restaurant but good service and cute girls that work there.
The food is great and the location is convenient but employees really need to work on their customer service skills. They all have bad attitudes BOTH times I’ve been here.
Oh my God if I knew how good this food was, I would’ve tipped him a bit more. Thank you for good food. It was fulfilling keep up the good work I would suggest managers to not overwork their employees. It was only three workers and they made it happen. They deserve a raise or recognition. Awesome.
I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 50 minutes. That’s bad enough but it gets way, way worse. I came in a few minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. The time came and my order wasn’t out. 10,15 and then 20 minutes passed (AFTER the set pickup time) and no food, I asked what was going on and they said someone probably took it (because they just leave your food out on shelves for anyone to take, and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt by assuming they were actually telling the truth, but it’s fully possible they never made it to begin with). They said they were gonna remake it as a “priority”. ANOTHER 20 minutes passed, during which time I saw them bring out several other people’s food. I finally just asked for a refund. A grand total of 2 whole hours wasted on this. The worst part, though, was that they NEVER ONCE apologized, never expressed ANY sort of empathy for what had happened to me or spoke to me in any compassionate manner. I’d be so much more forgiving if they at least did that, but nope. Worst experience I’ve EVER had with a restaurant.
Pura basura I want a refund Respectfully Negative Zero Bad service, Bad attitude from workers. Should have gone to wing stop .
