Kinda reminded me of wingstop, but better

This is consistently a bad experience. I live about a block away and every time there's either something missing, something wrong or poor quality. I initially chalked it up to them being new, but I feel like there's been plenty of time for consistency. Ordered again recently, the wings were not even tossed. This isn't the first time this has happened. There's almost no point in ordering here if the staff are not going to toss the wings in the sauce. Not to mention missed dips and sides. Splurge and wait for the one that's off of North if you really must have BDubs, or just hit up Wingstop, they're ALWAYS consistently good.

This restaurant has wonderful people les by the Shift Leader Elena. There was an issue with my order from Doordash, and Doordash accepted almost no accountability. The people at the restaurant were kind, helpful, and even called me to follow up. The people at the restaurant should be applauded for their effort. Doordash should be ashamed with their lack of effort. Btw, definitely do not order BW3 via their website because it is outsourced to DoorDash. So when there was an issue, Doordash wouldnt really own the problem since they dont have my credit card information to provide compensation, and BW3 should not have to be penalized for DoorDash’s mistakes but that is where the compensation would have to sit. Its messy. But the people at BW3 tried everything they could to rectify a problem they did not create and l really appreciate that.

the service here was fantastic, at first i got my order wrong by having the driver bring me the wrong order. juan who works up front was great in helping me get a refund for the mistake and he was very kind and patient with the the whole sitch.

This was the most horrible meal I had. I ordered this for lunch and picked up my order and one they forgot to give my drink. The wings were cold, not crispy, and taste like their dried out and I arrived before my food was done. The heat level is incorrect. Honestly wing stop is way better. The blazin hot is so uncomfortabley spicy. My spicy tolerance is high and I was not able to enjoy my meal and what upsets me is I spent 30 bucks and ordered this for my lunch. I will never eat here again. Honestly this location doesn’t deserve any stars.

Me and a coworker tried their wings 2 separate days/ times. Both times the wings were dry! And it's way too expensive! The wings were super small, like tiny little baby Cornish Hen wings. My coworker and I both agree we will never go back, not recommended. BTW, the very 1st time I went in to try their wings -i stood at the counter for quite some time. The workers saw me there but never acknowledged me -so I just left.

We went there looking to sit down and enjoy a bar. First time being there so we was unaware that it wasn’t one lolz. However, the food was cooked with patience. It was definitely worth it. A little shot would’ve hit the spot overall customer service was phenomenal. I will come again
