This place hate asain I got Ignored they are not keeping up with their cleaning bathroom and is ignoring what u say I last place I'll go

Wings and salad was good, fries was a small portion for 5 .00

Good place too watch sports Great customer service each time I visit!

The food was mediocre. The wings and fries arrived and were completely cold and their ranch isn't good either.

They shouldn't have an app with rewards if you can't actually redeem the rewards. Apparently I can redeem rewards for wings but not wings+fries as those are for only togo orders. Even though both items have the same short description of restrictions which make no mention of takeout only. When you ask servers about redeeming items they don't ask any questions just tell you to redeem it in the app and it will come off automatically. Not sure how the customer is supposed to intuitively know which ones they can and can not redeem. According to their manager this location has nothing to do with the Buffalo Wild Wings official app even though I only installed it at their servers recommendation when they first opened here in EG.

This place has gone down the hill. Their wings are so dry and hard. Better wings place to try and hang out for the games.

The way to order your food Totally sucks. We sat for about forty five minutes before anybody even Spoke to us. I don't think that I would return to Buffalo wild wings. The food was okay.

The staff is great - I have food allergies and this team goes above and beyond each time, so kind and never annoyed to spend the extra care. The wings, drinks and fries are delicious and hit the spot for your sports viewing time! It’s also set up to be a fun and nice atmosphere, excited they joined the neighborhood.
