Gave us the wrong sauce

Ordered extra barbque sauce and wing came out plan and dry. Waited so long for some sauce wings got cold.

Lets me start with we have two small kids with us, so patience is a bit less than when its just adults. Showed up at 6pm, was seated, wanted to order right away but was told we couldn't because they were busy and she had other stuff to do first. Brought my wife and I our drinks but not the kids. Eventually the kids get their drinks and we order. Its now 6:45. 30 mins later we get our food, although good, it was cold and had to ask multiple times for refills and stop bringing us ranch but blue cheese instead. My food came out first and wifes came out 10 mins after. Couldnt find a soul to ask for the check, highly considered just leaving. Almost every table around us was irritated, the place wasnt even that busy as far as a Friday night in edmond goes. We got out at 7:45. Almost two hours for 30 boneless wings, 2 milk and two soda’s. If you have small children, avoid this place unless they are perfect beings and dont need to be entertained at all for hours of waiting.

I came in and ordered an Ultimate nachos with chicken. It was loaded and looked delicious. I took it home, started eating it and it was so good. Then, I picked up a chip and mixed with the cheese was a String of hair. Gross! How do you finish a whole container of nachos after that? You don't. Very disappointed. As this was my 3rd time visiting this location and the last time was the worst time. Please have the cooks wear hair nets to avoid this happening to other people. I most likely will not return. I'm still grossed out about it.
