Nice building, great location, wrong staff. This place is a situation and needs a complete overhaul. Do not waste your time AND MONEY coming here, YOU WILL REGRET IT! . Go to Lazy Dog on the otherside of the mall or Red Pepper Taqueria down the street, you will have a much better experience.

Really loud. Ordered food by app on phone while sitting at the table. Server delivered food. Drinks from the bar were ordered by app as well. Then they still wanted a tip with no personal interaction. Odd but I guess that is the new way of things.

understaffed, takes hours to get anything

Waited 50 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. Fries were soggy and cold. Cheeseburger was barely warm, stale bun and meat was burnt crispy on the edges. Only 1 server in the dining area and 1 bartender, both were great but severely overworked due to lack of workers. Manager was rude to customers next to us that had worse service than us

They have a great collection of cocktails and their chicken wings are a must-try. However, the delivery service is very slow and you might have to wait for 20-30 minutes for your order, so plan accordingly if you're feeling hungry. Sometimes, it feels like they are understaffed, but overall it's a great location if you have the time.

Terrible. Tried to get a table and the three idiots at the front welcome area looked at us like we had just interrupted their Snapchat session and sat us in a section with no service. Sat there for twenty minutes before leaving.

Worst restaurant management I’ve ever seen. Gordon Ramsey can’t even fix this mess. Hour plus waits for a burger when it wasn’t even busy, burger comes out with none of the aioli or toppings it said it had, had to talk to servers/bartenders/managers to get my food checked on and no one ever bothered to come back to us to confirm. No service at all. Scan a QR code and order online by entering your card info, and then after an hour they charge you an 18% gratuity automatically… even if you haven’t received your food yet lol. If you don’t say anything, you’ll never get your food. It’s a shame this building is so nice though, deserves to be under new ownership that actually cares about their customers having a good time.

Service is very very late. I waited for 45 min everything was very cold. We asked for changing with the hot ones and it never came!! Shame on!! Please don’t go there!!

Average wait time for food is consistently about 45 to an hour after ordering, and fishing down someone to check on your food.
