Usual chain food experience. Good service and staff here.
Buffalo Wild wings in Pleasanton seems to be a little diferent than most, The bar area has a great atmosphere but service seems limited not sure if it has to do with short staff or staff just not wanting to be on the floor much. We spent part of our time there looking for someone everytime someone needed either a refill, napkins, dip for the wings and so on.
Great place for watching a game! High energy atmosphere
The Buffalo chicken salad was pathetic and expensive...2 small pieces of chicken...your a Buffalo chicken place...never again
Came in on a Sunday afternoon. It was relatively busy. 1) The chairs and tables were not orderly. It was messy with some too close together and some just far apart. We were too close to the table beside us with the backs of our chairs already touching. 2) The service was spotty. Orders were taken for parties that arrived after us. Thankfully we got our food first but we got our waters, utensils and napkins last. The food would be put down but everything nothing else. The servers were all friendly though but friendly doesn't go very far when we've been waiting a while for water. We had to stand up to ask for utensils. 3) the food came out fast but not hot. It was Sloppily put together, the temperature was also lukewarm. Don't order the ice cream, it doesn't taste like anything. Overall, i've been to a bunch of BWWs and this is not one of the good ones.
