The wings were extremely small in size

The server was awful. He would forget what we ordered and we’d tell him. Twenty minutes later he comes back asks if there’s anything else we need and it’s like uh yeah my food that you forgot and said you were getting. This happened twice all within an 1hr.

Always… ALWAYS a poor pickup experience. I love the sauces and it’s close so I keep trying every six months or so, NOTHING. Tell them my name, go play with myself for 15 minutes while they go in the back and then finally the food comes out. I always arrive 7-9 minutes after the online order says it will be ready too just because it’s a known necessary buffer. The manager (I think that’s who he is) is a total slob too. I don’t mean to personally attack him but he has zero professionalism in his look. Unshaven, messy hair, tight shirt showing his belly underneath, I just hope he doesn’t touch any of the food.

It's was decent. We always order To-Go but this time when we picked the order up and the female who checked us out came around the corner swinging our food in the bag and need dumping the 20+ wings into the bottom of the bag. When I asked for gloves and a new box. I was given an attitude and the wings where tossed back in another box and the female walked away.

It was fair and close by

I enjoy BWW, but this place didn't present well. Maybe it was an off night? We walked in an were told to sit anywhere we wanted... we were then ignored? Eventually who we think was the manager based on him working on his laptop when we sat down eventually came over, didn't sound like he was having a very good night. Ordered drinks, but they were supposedly out of whiskey? Later he corrected and brought a drink over. Ordered an appetizer, which would later be thrown onto the table as the lady walked away. Finally our server came over and asked of we would like some plates, then we had to wait her to come back to order food after we finished our appetizer. Drinks weren't being refilled unless we caught her and she barely checked in. A group at a table next to us got frustrated and decided to leave, they offered to pay for they ordered and the manager gave them togo cups (with exception of adult beverage). Appears they paid for all their drink and left in a huff. The check was wrong, which was finally corrected after 3 trips back to the table. The wings were excellent, cooker perfectly and appropriate amount of sauce. Nachos were good, but lacking some toppings and jalapeños didn't look very good. Restaurant looked nice on the inside, bathroom was clean, a few table were a little dirty.
