Horrible disgusting location. Was told to seat ourselves at a open clean table which there were about 5 or 6, however all of them were filthy. We picked the cleanest one hoping a server would come by and clean it and wipe, unfortunately we sat there for about 20 minutes not being acknowledged once. Just looked at and walked passed. I would understand if the resturant was SWAMPED but that was not the case. This location needs some serious help or some better training. Or just all new staff. Save yourself do not come to this location.

I am a third party delivery driver. The workers here generally pretty fast. The atmosphere is pretty chill. Unless it's a big Sports night and of course it's exciting I've eaten in a few times and I enjoy the food

Horrible. I sat in down at an open table. I tried to catch the eye of every server who passed. Nothing. After 15 -20 minutes I went to the employee working the pick up and delivery counter, and told her how I was never greeted, etc. She didn't care. No manager was called or sought. I left. I always leave a $100 bill, with the 33 1/3% tip. She told me nobody cares, and nothing will change. Strongly advise against spending your money there. THE RESTAURANT WAS ALMOST EMPTY. This was today, Tuesday, February 6, 2024, 12:10 pm North Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs.

Fried pickles: I just paid $8.49 before tax and tip for 8 pickle slices. Two of them about the size of a quarter. $1.06 per pickle slice. The image on the menu is false advertising by about 11 pickle slices. I’m not even mad, just laughed each time I took a $1.36 bite after tax and 20% tip.

Terrible terrible job. Called a Togo order in they said it would take an hour, send a family member to pick the order up, and they magically can’t find the order. Takes 20 minutes to find the order, as someone who used to work fast food, unacceptable it’s not that hard to do your job correctly! Busy or not have your ducks in a row, or hire people who are capable of doing a job correctly!

Great food, good burgers, love the potato wedges, good street tacos and onion rings, but every time always have to find someone to be helped, usually not a employee in site when first arriving. Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses, fills quickly when busy. Kid-friendliness: Has kids menu

Food and service were great! I love coming here for games since it's usually easy to get a table. I wish they had beatbox drinks here! I had a cocktail at a BWW in California made with Beatbox and loved it, so it would be awesome if they could bring that here too.
