This location is awful. It has seriously gone downhill over the last couple years.

service was horrible ! server took 30 minutes to even take our order and it’s not even busy. how ridiculous !!!

Disappointed for sure. Walked in and was told we had to wait a couple of minutes as they weren't sitting people due to the kitchen staff was behind but could sit at the bar. We were on lunch break so bar didn't seem like an option. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes and still no table despite the fact there were several tables empty we decided to leave. May want to get this together before the lack of service shuts this place down. Oh watched an older woman try to pay for 15 minutes but was ignored. She went to the pick up line and tried to pay but was told to wait too. You can't hold your customers hostage when thier done.

45 minutes after ordering wings we were told they "finally found them?" and that it would be another 3 minutes until they were done. 10 minutes later, and still no wings, we had them removed from the order and left.

We love to come here, but everytime we do we get half the order and have to wait for the other half. It’s always hit or miss with this place. Server was great, the kitchen was just not up to speed with getting orders out all together.

Server Abby was so sweet! The cook came and checked on our food too bc I ordered something a little different. But, I do just want to know what all the BBW owners obsession is with the QR code? You want us to view the menu this way order annd pay through a QR code so badly that you’ll even cut your servers hours if too many customers prefer not to sit and enter in all their credit card info on the QR link? Thats strange. Lower your prices if you’re going to be so extra with it lol

Super loud. Hard to have a conversation. I'd never been before so I didn't know what was in the menu. The waitress said she would bring some but didn't. I had to google the menu and pass the phone around. I know they're badly understaffed and understand service being really slow but holy fuch. Food was really good tho. I might come back on a less busy time.

Ordered bww through grubhub and this is now the 3rd or 4th time running they've messed up my wife's order. She gets the curd burger with no mayo, lettuce, tomato, or pickle, and for whatever reason, they can't seem to read the ticket to get the order right. At this point, I'm starting to believe this is completely intentional that the food is prepared wrong. As far as I'm concerned they've lost our business.

One of the tastiest greasy burger I've ever had, and I enjoyed every bite. I also got the potatoe wedges. You already know the wings hit that sweet spot! Had to have it!.
