Great service and great food

Everything about this place was horrible, first I was put on a 25 minute wait list then when I received a text saying my table was ready I was told to wait another 5 minutes after waiting for 10 minutes I walk over to see what's going on and the worker is on his personal cell phone and putting me on hold then I'm told my table would be ready in another 10 to 15 minutes I requested to speak to a manager or someone in charge that never happened finally after waiting 45 to 50 minutes for a table we are seated at a table that's been unoccupied the whole time I was there it was very frustrating then we ordered our food everything was disgusting the fries were stale the onion rings we're burnt and our wings were overcooked overall got a stomach ache from here i would not recommend this buffalo wild wings to anyone everything was a disappointment some serious management needs to be done here and some training or re training on customer service and cooking never again will I support this business.

I will no longer come comeback to this buffalo wild wings. Only had 1 beer each for my girlfriend and I. After waiting almost 40 minutes for 20 wings and a fries I decided to leave. What was insulting is see other people get there wings after they were seated 10 mins after we put our order in. I have nothing against the server because I don't think it's his fault, but the kitchen needs to get it together. Waste of 17 bucks for 2 beers and no food.
