Buffalo Wild Wings

I was there earlier for dinner with family, and they made us wait for around 50 minutes, I decided to go out for a cigarette due the long wait and went I was back they told me I have to wait again! because I went out, the restaurant was understaffed, the manager never showed up to the front and more than half of the restaurant was empty. Sad that I can’t rate this with 0 stars.

Great deal on the wings for Tuesdays and Thursdays, however they take long to make but for some reason everytime I get my wings they get to my table very cold... specifically when I get boneless wings. Not sure why... I don't like eating lukewarm or cold wings, I want them nice and hot! Overall friendly workers and good atmosphere however the this problem needs to be addressed.

Desafortunadamente, hoy fue mi peor experiencia aqui, cuándo era mi lugar favorito de búffalo, la atención súper lenta, pasado 20 minutos tuve que pedir el menú por qué nadie venía a la mesa atenderme, Luego entró dos veces una persona no muy agradable, entraba y salia y me fui para la parte de arriba. Mi comida llegó 50 minutos después de yo haber entrado el restaurante! Terrible ! Muchos clientes pocas personas atendiendo incluso vi varias personas a la espera de su comida con cara descontenta!

On Tuesday Jan 2 our party of 4 arrived at 8pm and were not acknowledged at all arriving, we’ve all worked in service industry so we were patiently waiting to be seated because we know how difficult it can be for service workers to keep track of their clientele. However we waited 10+ minutes just to be acknowledged as multiple workers just looked at us with no guidance whatsoever. After waiting for a while to be told if we could sit, one of us went to the bar and asked about it to which they told us we could sit anywhere. If there is no hostess, please let it be known? Most bdubs have a system where there is a hostess and they sit you, if this system is not in place it wouldn’t hurt for some of the people that just looked at us to inform us rather than having us wait to go and ask ourselves, that’s poor service and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, we did not get to order anything until our server who was also the only bartender,and newly employed until around 8:30. He was very nice and told us the situation and honestly I don’t blame him for being so scattered, he seemed to be handling a lot but whomever was manager on duty needs to step in when those situations arise. Additionally there was another person sat after us that complained about not getting serviced to which their order was taken and sent out before ours. Food was good and drinks were good. We planned to stay long for drinks but the service left such a bad taste in our mouths that we left to go to an actual bar.

Good time here. Was here for 2 weeks in a row for playoff football. Crowd was interesting and service was great
