Food was delicious and the service was GREAT! Would definitely recommend.

The bathrooms are disgusting the smell will make you puke I think the health department should be called for this reason something is not right

Food is very but the service over here is poorest of the poor and now workforce and the order takes about 45minutes so very disappointed it’s the staff over here!!

Bdubs used to be soo so good and now this is the last time we will ever come here. Service was great! (The person bussing tables was so sweet and kind!!) Everything else… just sad. It’s sad to see this chain clearly cutting corners or just not caring about the flavor of the food. The quality is through the floor. And honestly the atmosphere shows it with how not busy all of the locations are these days, when we used to have to wait to get in 10 years ago. We truly hope this changes in the future as I’m obsessed with the jerk sauce.

been here a few times and i MAY go back just for the convenience, but if you have to chose between this place & somewhere else.. id chose the other place. the reason why i go here is because i dont eat meat & i like to get cauliflower wings & the food usually comes out quick. CON: the food comes out quick but the service is trash. when i went, the bartender was clearly over extended, it seems like the manager under scheduled the restaurant and she didnt have much help. after the bartender took my initial order she walked by me multiple times without asking if i was ready to order. after about 10 to 15 minutes i finally let her know that i was ready, to which she pointed on the QR code & said that i could order the food myself… very interesting.. you go and sit down in restaurants to get served & here i am putting in my own order. lol after i put in my food order i also put in a second order for my drink. the bartender saw it almost immediately, she asked if it was my drink & i said yes. another 10-15 minutes go by and my drink wasnt made. someone who looked like the manager walked by and i asked if they could make my drink & they said yes & about 2 minutes later my food and my second drink (made by the bartender appeared) when my food arrived i was never asked if my food was alright, i was never offered water napkins or silverware. i ordered buffalo cauliflower… why did no one bring me water? ive had some bad service but you know its bad when you sit & type a review. very poor management & poor service, i wish i wouldve spent my money elsewhere.
