Took very long to get my order, they forgot an item I ordered. They make you order your own items through a QR code, the website stopped working.

Fast service Great food The best boneless wings Nice servers Parking: Large parking lot near all stores in the area Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and kid friendly environment. Basketball machine is also accessible Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs straight walk through establishment.

The wait was rather long however it was worth the time and I truly full joy my meal. Parking: Huge parking lot,can always find parking ,even if you have to burn a few calories.

I really did not enjoy the wings from here. They were extremely salty. Also when I went to pickup my order. There was no one there. When I finally saw someone. They were on their personal phone talking to someone and after they finish their conversation, then they tended to me.

Takes forever, they take to much time, bad service, only one girl is at the counter, don't waste your time at the take out food

I ordered food and saw a MOUSE TWO FEET AWAY FROM ME CRAWLING TO MY TABLE. DISGUSTING!!!

UPDATE 2/11/24: After almost a year of not ordering from here, I decided to do it for the Super Bowl. Ordered 46 wings 30 HOURS in advance, and 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, they canceled my order! Are you KIDDING ME? Absolute garbage establishment. Thank you for ruining my Super Bowl Sunday! I don't know what else I should've expected. And just so it's clear, THEY STILL only allow you to chose TWO SAUCES for 40 wings. EDIT: I'm even more annoyed that they had the nerve to reply to this telling me to contact support. You can contact support as much as you want, they won't ever reply to you (seriously, I've attempted to contact them over 20 times). I've never dealt with a more incompetent food chain before. Also, if you try to order online or through the app, they also only allow you to choose TWO SAUCES FOR 40 WINGS! WHAT??? I'm never ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings again. Original Review: This location in particular is seriously ridiculous. Last night I ordered 30 boneless wings which comes with 8 blue cheese/ranch sauces or carrots/celery. I added 6 containers of blue cheese to my order and 2 packages of carrots & celery and they were ALL missing from my order when it arrived. I called the restaurant right after receiving the order which had me waiting for a full 10 minutes just to be told that they didn't give me any blue cheese or carrots & celery because they were out of them. LIKE WHAT? You're a chain that sells CHICKEN WINGS and you don't have blue cheese OR carrots OR celery? They could have even given ranch, but I'm guessing they didn't have that either! Absolutely ridiculous. And the lady on the phone's excuse was that I don't get charged for it so there's nothing she can do about it. If it comes with my meal, then I do get charged for it as part of my meal. With that logic, they can just send me 30 unsauced boneless wings and tell me it's okay that I didn't receive sauced wings because I don't pay extra for it...? Vegetarian options: chopped cobb salad; mozzarella sticks; fried pickles; onion rings; tater tots; french fries; chips and guacamole; cheese curds; black bean burger; mac and cheese; potato wedges; carrots & celery
