Having two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, I've come to appreciate the critical nature of excellent customer service, particularly in these challenging times post-Covid, where staffing is often short and expectations are high. My visit to your restaurant tonight left me thoroughly impressed, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Samantha M. In the bar, where I was seated. My night began with an attempt to dine at Whiskey Creek, but upon self-seating in the bar due to a lack of staff direction, I found no available tables and waited 15 minutes without assistance. Deciding to leave, I encountered similar issues at another local BBQ spot, which was preparing to close early. This led me to your establishment, where my experience improved dramatically. I was promptly seated and within five minutes, Samantha greeted me, efficiently took my drink order, and ensured my food was on its way. Not only was the meal served hot and tasty, but throughout the 30 to 45 minutes I spent dining, Samantha checked on me no less than five times, always with a smile and a positive demeanor. Her work ethic was exceptional, and such dedication is increasingly rare. I sincerely hope she is recognized and rewarded for her performance, as she undoubtedly has a bright future ahead in any career she chooses. I apologize for the length of this review, but it was important for me to acknowledge the outstanding work Samantha and your team are doing, particularly when other establishments in town are falling short.
Slow Slow Slow, offta. I guess cleaning the bathrooms was more important than collecting payment from us. $2 per motza sticks is robbery, police have been contacted.
You guys only have double burgers on the menu, I asked if it can be made just single and was told no, I don't understand why, I'm not asking for anything abnormal here, most people can't eat a double burger. Little disappointing
Good food and great service.
Had a good time. Was a little awkward being placed in the party room all alone, but the service and food were on point, so no complaints.
I ordered the food for take-out. As soon as I got home (not more than 5 minutes later), I took my food out of the bag. Immediately I realized they didn't add any ranch to the order. No worries, we all forget sometimes and I had leftover from last time. Then I realized that the box (of wings) was very messy, stickers places for no apparent reason (not even the correct flavors), had sauce all over inside the box, and the wings were cold. Essentially, the preparation of the food was handled horribly. The only positive experience I had was the bartender and the hostess.
The food was amazing as usual. The servers were pleasant, slower than my past experiences with BWW. It was not crowded when we arrived. By the time they stayed to wait on us after 20 minutes or so, it became extremely busy. Kid-friendliness: They have children's menus with a variety of activities on the menu for the children. They provide a small pack of crayons to each child.
