This is by far one of the best reviews I've given out in a long time!!! First best staff ever!! Jada the hostess was so polite and helpful, down to the waitress (Carla) and waiter(sorry don't remember his name)we were the party of 25 on yesterday at 5pm. Thank you all for making my Mom's birthday great!!

This service was horrible, by far the worst i’ve ever had at a restaurant. I usually receive better service at mcdonald’s. To start it off once we got there our host, who did not introduce himself so i have no name unknowingly took us to a dirty table/booth and did not apologize. Once we got seated at our second table, a young lady by the name of trinity, who did not introduce herself ( got her name from her name tag) came and asked for drinks all was well until we got to ordering our food. We ordered the half & half traditional hot… We tried to substitute the slaw for fries but we couldn’t (and wasn’t informed). when the order came out it was NOT fresh and we had a extra thing of fries that was added onto the bill, we sent it all back & ordered a appetizer of nachos while we waited for our food to come back out (we didn’t receive them) but when we did the waiter avoided us for the rest of the night & we went directly through the manager. No Apologies or anything!!! I applaud the manager for taking the extra fries off the order but by far the customer service was ridiculous and i have never went to the extent to add a review but we couldn’t even enjoy our food because of the horrible service .

Terrible Takeout. I was there bang on time to collect and it was ready, but given it’s a less than 5 minute drive home, the food must have been standing there a while as it was cold. The lemon pepper dry rub on the traditional wings was either missing or tasteless. The honey mustard dressing for the boneless wings which was specified to be on the side was all over the wings so our kids wouldn’t touch them. The celery looked like it might just have been pulled from the ground as there was mud/dirt on them. Have always had good table service food at the BWW downtown but won’t be visiting the Hoover location again in any capacity.
