Never do pickup at this location. You will have to wait between 20-30 min at the front counter for someone to even come speak to you. The order is frequently wrong. I have had this issue on 3+ occasions

Everytime my husband and I order from this location it is absolutely awful. Dining room is always closed, every time we place an online order we wait for 45 minutes pass the time it was scheduled for. We have even sat at the bar and order drinks to allow them time to get our order ready and we still wait the same amount of time. I have given this place multiple chances. Either new management is required or staffing is an issue. Please read this and improve your company

Terrible employee geno the bartender. Harassed me the entire time I was there. Telling me I can't sit at bar without ordering a beer. Then proceeded to follow me in to the dinning room trying to challenge me. You almost got served himself. I would never spend money at this location to pay his check you shouldn't either.

Worst buffalo wild wings I've ever been too in my life. No human interaction you have to scan the QR code to look at the menu and to order. Then the server will finally approach your table when she brings your drinks. 0 stars never eat here. It smells like sewage when you walk in.

I place the order online, but it is never on time and I have to wait a long time, I always ask for the wings that are not dry and they put extra Buffalo sauce and they are always dry, I ask for carrots and celery and they don't come out in the order.

Service and Atmosphere scoring for me reflects management, person @ l(register took orders, bagged and answered the phone therefore at this location it seemed really understaffed, Wings were good though.
