Great family restaurant, great food, will go again

The only reason they deserve one star is because the server was really nice and did a good job. Aside from that this restaurant is DISGUSTING. My family and I are visiting from New Mexico and have been to a Buca Di Peppo at another Arizona location once before. This one was awful, the table behind our booth was full of dirty dishes and no one ever came to clean it, the bathroom was gross with urine on the toilet rim and the sinks were clogged and full of water. The food was not even close to being worth what we paid! $95 for what is most likely frozen lasagna! The staff was talking amongst themselves in front of customers (not including our server, she was really good) and it was really unprofessional. I wish I could get my money back for this. I regret suggesting that we go there. Not sure if “Bar Rescue” is still airing but they need to help this restaurant!

I just left bucca with my family after having what was the absolute worst lunch ive had in quite sometime. Our food took 48 minutes to arrive. 48 minute ticket times is ridiculous. when we asked where our food was we were told everything is made in house and wasnt frozen.. for supposedly being made in house it didnt taste it. waitress was rude and didnt come over once after bringing waters to refill them or see how we were doing.. . chicken parm was burnt and the sauce was very watery. The fettuccine was very bland and tasted like plastic. The "famous" meatball tasted like literal dog food. We asked another couple on the way out how their food was and they had very similar things to say. And said they didnt enjoy their experience or food either.very disappointing. Horrible food horrible service will never go back.

Worst Italian food I had in a long time. No seasoning on chicken fettuccine.

maria was the sweetest server i have ever met. she made sure we were always topped off, and she helped us sign up and get coupons so we could save some money today. she checks on us just enough and makes sure we're okay, and she was an amazing server. i would totally come back again and love to sit in her section every time. our food was so good too, it was all perfect. thank you maria!

Mixed bag. Went to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was mainly good the two exceptions being the "famed" meatballs (bland and hockey puck hard, not seasoned and soft) and the unremarkable baked ziti. On a tab northwards of $500 not even one complimentary birthday dessert? No singing? Pains me to give this experience only 3 stars.

Went in today for lunch, the meal was great. Food was hot and our server, Mariah I believe, was on it! However our stomachs turned when we heard yelling from the kitchen. It was lunch and there were only maybe 2 other tables than my own, and we were able to hear everything this female manager was saying to the employees..To say the least it was incredibly unprofessional and left me and my wife feeling uncomfortable. If this is how they treat their staff, I will not be returning, no matter how good the food is.
