Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was really nice and friendly. They came to chat with us and even took a nice photo of our group, which they framed for us to buy if we wanted. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were really big for each dish, so the staff mentioned to order accordingly, which was nice of them. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and overall, it was a great dining experience. I highly recommend it!

Went for Valentine’s Day, it was a little busy but our waiter made up for it with quality service. The food was amazing and the portions are family style so come with an appetite. Can’t wait to come back again!

I love going to Buca but this place I feel like it's a hit or miss. I've been to this locations multiple times and sometimes the service is amazing!! But other times, you just have to wait and wait. So there is a quite inconsistency going on. But food and atmosphere, of course it's great. it's a chain restaurant and I shouldn't be expecting anything too different.

Took half an hour to be seated even though we had reservations. Food was So so, I think the best way to describe this place is quantity over quality! Huge crazy portions! But the food is not great. Lasagna was too dry. Service was slow as well....

While the food is good, the greeter/hostess position seems to be understaffed. Arrived around 11:30 a few days ago, no one at the greeter kiosk, and no staff checked the front lobby for what seemed like 10 minutes.

Fun place, good food, disappointing experience. We booked the 'Pope table' for our twin 9yo girl's birthday, only to find out upon arrival that it was for party of 12+ and they had reserved it for another party. Would have been nice to know in advance. We ended up being accommodated to 'the kitchen table'. Once there, our kids had finished their Mac n Cheese (which they loved) before us parents were even delivered our own meal, only to realize they brought the wrong dish. After corrected, we then ordered a birthday sundae dessert, for $19 dollars... I guess the only positive was the food was great and we had filled up on bread and kids leftovers that we basically brought two big dishes home for the rest of the week. Again, fun place, good food, disappointing experience, not sure when we'll revisit.
