Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

It's my 1st time coming here. They are better than Olive Garden salty food. If you want an upgrade or level up from Olive Garden, I recommend this place. It is pricy so be mindful of that when you go. For me, it is worth coming again. Parking: You can park across the restaurant, plenty of space.

Food was amazing! Portions were big even for a small size.

On Valentines day we drove to Buca di Beppo to get our Tiramisu what we thought was going to be the best tasting from the restaurant , when we drove there and parked at the curbside pickup and called in the order , they told us 18 - 20 mins. we waited almost 30mins before my husband went in and asked they were busy they asked us to wait, we waited another 15mins and then when my husband went back in they said they didn't even have our order after that they said they wrote in on a paper since their computer was giving them a hard time. we were fine with it all for the sake of ending our day with a good Tiramisu, they gave us the order in another 5-10mins , still excited we got home it was the worst frozen Tiramisu ever. It was frozen and even when we put it out to thaw it , it was the worst ever. I had ordered from here in the past and it was really good. very disappointed.

Server Mytra did a great job. However totally disappointed with over all service and food. Waiters overwhelmed for Valentine’s Day. No complaints on lasagna.

Came for Valentine’s Day we got luke warm eggplant parm and no salad that the waitress said she will bring …. She never brought it and we finally got up from the table to find her and tell her we no longer want it… Also the hostess said she can’t put us in a booth cause it will confuse the waiters cause it’s in a different room meanwhile our waitress was not even present for us It’s a shame

Me and my family went tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday. The young host spoke to two of the waiters in the front and said it will be a 45 min wait because we did not have a reservation. I went to the parking lot and made a reservation for 715 went back in and told the host I was able to make the reservation and he said that everyone was too busy and we will still have to wait the 45 min. I asked to speak to a manager and the host said that I did not have a viable complaint and refused to let me speak to the manager. The host placed me on the speaker phone were another man by the name of “David” said that no one was available to speak to me. Not to mention that they ruined my evening but I think that the host and his friends did not want to sit us because we were Spanish. I have been to Buca many times before but let it be mention that this experience will be told to all of my friends or anyone who wants to hear it. I am so dissatisfied with the treatment tonight that I will NEVER be back to this establishment.
