This place is a good place to come an eat and enjoy the scenery and the waitress her name is Margaret is fantastic and always made sure we were taken care of all the time Parking: Nees a bit more handicap spots
The service was awful!! Waited 30 min for boxes and another 15 for the server to even come get our payment. Absolutely ridiculous!!
If I could give this place a below zero score for service, I would. My husband had a reservation on Valentine's Day for us, and even though we arrived earlier, the place was packed with people who were waiting for over an hour to be seated. It looks like two of the servers called in sick, but still, the place was overbooked. We waited for over an hour and had to leave to get food to go somewhere else where we also had a terrible experience with the food. This was a horrible experience for a lot of people who were in line. They ruined the date night for a lot of people because it was very late to get reservations somewhere else. We'll never come back to this place.
My very beautiful special girlfriend and i went to this restaurant for Valentine day 2/14/2024. We both are Deaf and able to communicate with waiter on texting. Anyway, first we order appetizer and main dishes and our kid order pizza.. We wait and wait for almost 15 minutes. Guess what who got the dish first?? My main dish is first and my girlfriend got appetizer first but not her main dish arrive yet. Finally our kid got his dish very last and he's been very hungry. I had to eat very slow and the food become cold while I was waiting for my girlfriend and our kid get main dishes Sametime together but I ended up eating my dish alone. I feel worse that for my girlfriend's main dish haven't be served the food and embarrassed by this service not serve in order and missing our orders. We had to cancelled this and lost our appetite. What a ruined for Valentine Day.
Margaret was our waitress. Friendly. Helpful. A real gem. She made our visit a delight.
Although I arrived during posted Open hours, I was seated quite reluctantly, as I arrived in the last half hour of business. The kitchen was pretty much shut down. Hostess looked at her watch before agreeing to seat me, making sure I was OK to be sat. After that, everything was great. The pizza I got was tasty, fresh n hot. The Chianti was good, I had the place to myself as a customer. Only the waitstaff was to be seen doing closing duties. I would return, but hopefully, at an earlier hour.
Had a 6:30 reservation for Valentine’s Day. Get there at 6:15 and the unfriendly lady and the desk says okay they are clearing off a table and it will be a few minutes. Time keeps passing by and we keep asking and she says just a little bit more. We finally get sat at a table at 7:45! Over an hour wait and the restaurant is half empty. The room we were sat in had 15 tables only two others had people seated. Waiter takes our drink order and drops off some bread no butter or oil or anything. We get the drinks and salad. Then we wait and wait and wait. About 40 minutes later the waiter comes to drop off the dessert cannolis! We tell him um we haven’t even had our dinner yet. He says oh then walks off no apologies or anything then comes back 15 minutes later with our lasagna and it’s cold! He brings the check no discount or anything and apparently there were no managers available. We just paid and left since it had been 3 hours already!
Wonderful night, wonderful experience. Tony truly went above and beyond for our family. We really appreciate the wonderful service.
