Bubbles&Tea

This small shop is always staffed with pleasant people who prepare orders quickly and consistently. The snacks are great and the bubble tea is my family's favorite anywhere. Update: Bubbles & Tea continues to be the best bubble tea in the region. We tried six other stores in the area while they were closed recently and none of them came anywhere near the quality of the boba or tea.

Really homey place with gacha games, bubble tea, and snow ice!! With the lack of bingsoo in the area, taiwanese shaved ice is an amazing replacement

Had the sea salt caramel milk tea with cocoa powder on top. My daughter had the strawberry milk tea with popping bubbles. Both were delicious. We will be back. Love the atmosphere as well. Very chill. Customer service was on point.

I had the Matcha milk bubble tea. The milk tea was not the best; lacking tea flavor and very watered down. The tapioca pearls/boba was good. They also sell shaved ice desserts here.

Give small business a chance and conclude that: best bubble tea in the Rockville area. Will comeback multiple time
