The worst bubble tea I’ve had. The worst in town. Lacks flavor. Truly disappointing if you enjoy authentic bubble tea with the syrups and flavors. I’m sorry. Just being honest. It tastes like American, watered down bubble tea with absolutely zero flavor. Dietary restrictions: Most or all of their bubble tea is gluten free.
Update: 12/2/23: I’m not sure what happened to the quality and service but it seemed like it has gone downhill. The drinks were very watery and it seemed like the staff were confused at times with the orders. They definitely needed one additional person, at least one cashier and the other 3 making drinks. The line was getting backed up. I think from the time I was waiting in line to ordering my drinks and then receiving the drinks was like 12-15 mins. That’s pretty bad. My food wasn’t hot anymore just warm. When I went there, the staff was nice. There was a small line. Drinks were tasty and prices were standard.
The service here is not great, the staff seem rude and bothered to assist you.
Great location and friendly service. A bit slow.
I got the Matcha Bubble Tea, the boba pearls were so good! And our cashier Dashia was very sweet and friendly!
The girl working I think her name was Decara was extremely rude. She said “WHAT??!” After I had been waiting in line for a couple minutes (even though there was no other customers) because she was on her phone. She was going over the sizes and I couldn’t hear her because of the sounds in the market and she said “ I said regular and large”. I haven’t left a review in a while but I felt so blatantly disrespected I had too. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
North Market is wonderful. The atmosphere is live and fresh. The Bubble Tea Company at the North Market location is awful. The staff are so rude and their customer service is terrible. My coconut Milk tea was warm and they didn't even put the Boba in it. In fact, I ordered 2 & paid $16.00, only to get warm milk tea with no Boba
