Ali who served us today was absolutely brilliant,, very kind thoughtful and knowledgeable and considerate,but above all professional ,I highly recommend this place Vegetarian options: The fact that we found out that there of vegetarian and vegan Kid-friendliness: Very kind of the supervisor to have so much patience and respect for my grandson who has ADHD

The guy that served me was quite rude and unhelpful, the drink’s lid didn’t fit tightly enough so he gave it to me with drink and cream all down the sides so instantly sticky cup and hands (also had his hair on the outside of my drink)

During my recent visit to Bubblology, Fahad and Waj stood out with their exceptional kindness and helpfulness. Their attentive service elevated my experience, making it truly memorable. I greatly appreciate their assistance and highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service.

Excellent experience with great drinks

I always enjoy my matcha milk tea from this Bubbleology, as well as the friendly people who work in the shop.

My favourite place to get my Mango bubble tea , all of the staff: Waj, Khalid, Ali, Fahad and Adnan are super kind and friendly! They all are very welcoming and make my drinks perfect every time. The actual shop is always kept tidy and clean which is always lovely to see. I have tried other bubble tea places, but I can honestly say that the Bubbleology in Notting Hill Gate is the best! (Hence why I am getting it sometimes 3-4 times a week). ❤️
