I don’t usually give feedback but I can’t stop myself. This is the worst bubble tea i’ve ever had. I got one couple weeks ago and the pearls were not chewy at all and tasted like…dough?? idk the taste was very bad. the tea on the other hand was bitter (not because of sugar level but it tasted old or soapy) i decided to give it another go and order again, it is still bad. also i was not able to take more than 2-3 sips because the pearls get stuck to the straw oh! lets not forget the employee that has airpods in and that you have to wait for them to even acknowledge you to take your order. some manager has to do something about this
Worst bubble tea ever. The guy literally tried the tea and the bubbles right infront of me to see if they were still good. The tapioca they gave me were starchy and not chewy. It literally just falls apart and has a gross texture..... I don't even understand how this is possible. He even tasted it and nod his head.... Never going back again. What a waste of 8$
My husband just picked up a couple of bubble teas for what was supposed to be an afternoon treat, and these are quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The tea flavour seems off and tastes somewhat like soap, pearls are not smooth and don’t taste great either, and the straw is too narrow for the pearls to slide through so they get stuck and you can’t sip on your tea. Awful product and not even close to worth the $7-8.
I had ordered Bubble Tea for delivery (via) and waited an hour when quoted 10 minutes. I contact them and they said they had needed some extra time but the order is ready now and the delivery will be leaving soon. An hour later I contact them again as there was still nothing. My order was canceled and they said they couldn't complete my order.
The boba's texture is a mess: the outer layer feels like has bee soaked in the syrup or tea for way too long and developed wrinkles, while core feels like a ball of raw starch that hasn't been cooked at all. Even this is a common issue for those who attempts to make boba at home, but I do expect a store brought bubble tea for $6-8 to not have this beginner level mistake.
Bruh 10 bucks for this tiny amount of fried chicken, lmao, so pathetic
Lovin it! Maybe just change the straws...
Worst bubble tea ever. The boba texture is an abomination, it feels like someone chewed it which is not ideal on a drink. The tea itself (I had the ying yang) is mediocre at best and does not compensate for the awful experience of the pre-chewed boba.
