Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

I'm so happy we stumbled upon this restaurant. We were seated within 10 minutes, where everywhere else had a 40-60 minute wait. I had a small mishap, but Brianna was on it quickly, and Trey resolved it in literally minutes. The staff were very friendly and professional and the food . This was my first time at a Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and I would happily come back!

Bubba Gumps at Times Square! You would expect this to be a 5 Star review. I even expected 5 star service. We went for an early dinner, around 3 PM. The restaurant was empty, we waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted and sat once we went up the stairs. We ended up going to sit at a random table since no one was there to seat us. Once we were sat, it was not near a window, all those seats were empty. So when we asked to sit at the table, near a window the Host guy firmly said no. He wasn't happy to he there. Then we waited 20 minutes just to order a drink!! The food was delicious. But the service here was really dissapointing.

I'm normally a burger kind of guy and don't generally have any interest in fish, however as we are in Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, (Times Square, NYC) I thought I'd better go with what Forest would have wanted and boy am I glad I did. I had the Forest seafood feast which was outstanding! The batter on the fish was full of flavour and crisp to the end. The fish itself, the shrimp, seafood hush pups, fries and coleslaw we're all crisp, tasty and plentiful, finally the three sauces were an amazing tasting accompaniment to the plate and all very reasonably priced, especially for a restaurant in the heart of a major tourist attraction in Manhattan! I must give a big shout to Anthony our server, who took great care of us with his warm, slick and attentive style. Overall I am a very happy customer who is very sad to be going back to the UK tomorrow, I could quite easily make Bubba Gump Shrimp Co a regular destination for me and my family.

Quel super restaurant. Biensur il y a sûrement bien mieux à New York mais la décoration autour du film, les plats proposés et le personnel sont juste super sympa. Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous y sommes allés deux fois pendant notre séjour. Et nous y retournerons à l’avenir.
