B's Craft Deli & Market

Absolutely must visit, and try all the sandwiches. Fantastic every time. Had most of the menu items and they’ve been great, consistent flavor, and just an awesome spot.

Clean environment. Quick service. Ordered the lobster sandwich. A little underwhelming for the price. Just some diced tail pieces on a small piece of toast. Flavor was mediocre at best.

Great sandwiches in a super clean and friendly environment. Whenever I’m in Castle Rock around lunch time I stop by. Everything I’ve had so far has been thoughtfully crafted and delicious. Parking: Parking garage behind the deli.

Staff is welcoming, grateful for return business, and quick. Sandwiches have unique flavor combinations with fresh high quality ingredients.

Seriously kimchi on a sandwich has to be the best thing since sliced bread. 10/10 recommend the Korean Philly cheese and the burnt ends!! Can’t wait til I eat here again.

Visited based on the reviews and got an Italian. Pretty basic sandwich for $16. Great service and friendly staff behind the counter. Might be back to try another but wouldn’t order the Italian again.
