Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Saddened to have found a long hair in a sundae we ordered. Won’t be back.

Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is happy n clean area with seating n the front n the back of the store.

I drove some miles to get here. And they weren't open during the hours listed online. Disappointed customer

No vegan options despite a huge sign with all kinds of fun vegan options :( overflowing trash cans don't help the ambiance either...

Great ice cream as usual

This is a good and convenient spot for a treat. Staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the shaded seating area, especially when it is really hot outside. They have a nice variety of flavors and many special items to choose from. They have added vegan choices which I really enjoy. The oat milk "ice cream" is great!

Update: 7/31 I still prefer this location, but unfortunately, I had to change the number of stars. They haven't had my chocolate turtle the last few times I've gone. I also don't like that they take your card and / or money with gloves on, but then hand you your ice cream with the same gloves on. Not very sanitary. Original review: This is the only location we go to! They always have great customer service. They always have chocolate turtle and it's perfect!!! There are 2 locations closer to our home but they clearly don't know about good customer service or what chocolate turtle should look like or taste! I don't have pictures because I always eat it before I think to take a picture.
