Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Google maps says "Open". They are not open. Waste of my gas.

Watches five or six cars leave and figured out why. "Due to unforseen circumstances we have postponed our opening" - its 4pm. How much longer can you postpone your opening?

Had been running several miles on a hot day and stopped to ask for a small drink of water. Told me they only sold water in a bottle and didn’t have anything else to put water in. Lost my business forever!

Posted closing time is 9:00pm, but when we pulled in at 7:30pm, there were no exterior lights on, and the young man that took our order didn’t seem to care for the fact that he had customers. This irritation may be the reason for the subpar product (butterfinger blast) my husband got, as we’ve only ever had great experiences at every other Brusters we have visited. Truly sorry we interrupted whatever he had going on, we won’t bother your establishment next time.

Updated Review. Good options and ice cream. Conveniently located and cherry vanilla was loaded with cherries, so I'm sure I'll continue to come back.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a must-visit spot every time I'm in the area. The ice cream here is exceptionally creamy and rich, delivering a delicious treat with every bite. Their extensive selection of flavors, all seemingly made in-house, reflects their commitment to freshness and quality.
