Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Although it was a long wait I love the ice cream here! There’s also an area to sit outside.

Got 4 smashed ice cream scoops my Cup was not worth it and I'm unable to taste the Individual flavors

Shay is awesome. I usually just get the same thing everytime I come. Today, I came with a specific craving but I didn’t know exactly what to order, as I didn’t see it reflected on the menu. I explained what I was craving and she made it to order for me. She was really patient and nice and the ice cream was EXACTLY what I wanted. I only gave 4 stars because I don’t have this experience every time given that I usually know what I want and don’t have to go back and forth with the employees typically.

I drove to this establishment because I wanted some good ice cream. The service from Maria was very rude and condescending. I ordered a ice cream sandwich and it close to $5.00 and when she handed it to me it looked like .79 item. I said to her this is 5.00 can I change it. She said no, we already made it. So I except it and drove off and took one bite and the little bit of ice cream gushed out the sides and now it was 2 flat cookies and the cream in the bowl. I immediately drive back to the drive through window and she became argumentative with me and said it didn’t look like that when I gave it to you. Of course not! I told her I would want something else and pay the difference. She told me she would gladly give me my money back. I told her I didn’t want my money back that I came for ice cream. She had the nastiest attitude for no reason at all. I work in retail and have been a manager/ sales person for 20 plus years. If she’s treating your customers this way, she needs to be coached and developed a bit more. She won’t stop me from eating my Brusters ice cream. I just would like to see her do better.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ICE CREAM FROM HERE I JUST LEFT AND BIT INTO SOME HARD PLASTIC OR GLASS IDK WHAT IT IS BUT BE CAREFUL I WANT TO GO BACK AND COMPLAIN BUT I CAN'T PROVE IT ONCE AGAIN BE CAREFUL MAINLY BECAUSE I KNOW PARENTS BE BUYING ICE CREAM FOR THEIRS KIDS

Every time I visit this location I amazing service. There is an employee whose name is Shay that is always courteous, professional, and friendly. She gives great customer service with a smile.
