Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Maybe it was an off night but I asked for cookies and cream and was told it was “runny”. Ok so I asked for mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake. The mint chocolate chip was soft and strawberry cheesecake tasted like it had sand it in. The latter was one of the worst ice cream’s I have ever had. The experience was pretty bad overall.

Bruster's continues to be our family's favorite ice cream shop anywhere. Over the years we've switched from picking up an ice cream for each of us to picking up a couple of pints and having them ready at home for any hour. Good stuff!

It's already happened twice where I've ordered (drive thru) a regular waffle cone (two scoops) and I've only gotten one. I tried calling but had no luck reaching them. I'm annoyed bc i only get one flavor and scoop and it's not fair to the customer being ripped off like that. Trash service

We ordered 4 small cups of ice cream and paid $20. Which is smaller? Your cup or your scooper Brusters? A very expensive $5 ice cream. All 4 cups didn’t have a full scoop. There’s a picture attached below.

Service could be terrible if you are ordering near their closing time; staff becomes rude

Perfect way to end a long week. Love their ice cream and tried out a new flavor graham cracker station. Delicious graham cracker taste with large flakes of chocolate! yummy!

I loved my experience at Brusters, on Sunday my family and I always usually go and Danis was so sweet absolutely love him. He always makes sure everything is done correctly and well.
