This is the first and last time I go to that bruster's. The ice cream was so soft that according to the guy, the ice cream went down ymto the bottom of the cone. I told him, that is not one scoop. It barely was 1/2 scoop. I am so sorry I wente there. The Bruster's at Cobb Parkway does a decent Job at giving you what you paid for. My dollars are NOT soft, they do not give you half or 0.50 cents worth!! Each of my dollars or any customer dollar hace 100cents in it. This bruster's truly SUCKS!! The best bruster's is on the Toco Hill shopping center in North Decatur. Their atmosphere IS SUPER GREAT too!!!! I do NOT recomend the one on austell and Anderson Mill.... at all. And the ice cream tgat was not melting or soft was so small that my friend asked me if I had eaten some of it!!!! Pathetic........ Good by Stingy busters, to have consistency, get aan scale and weight the product for accuracy.
Seems to always have a line.
Good ice cream. Don't like the small cones though. Rather the larger waffle cones and that was not offered. Parking: Adequate parking. Easily accessible.
Went to Bruster’s for an afternoon sweet treat. The almond coconut chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone was yum. The vanilla had some kind of a flavor and smell that didn’t quite appeal to my tastebud. My second order had a scoop of coffee and butter pecan on a waffle bowl. Coffee flavor The Best. Absolutely yum. Outside seating arrangement under the shining sun enjoying the dessert was the best part. Don’t forget the app sign up bonus of $3. Have fun! Parking: Lot of open parking since take away. No dine in options.
1/24/24 Ice cream is always good but there is a lady there I’ve never seen before. I came as soon as they opened one day and the next day around the same time and she remembered exactly what 4 of us ordered the day before and also remembered I wanted M&Ms but they didn’t have it which I thought was awesome. I’ve never encountered anyone unpleasant when I’ve come here but just wanted to point her out because she definitely stood out. If you haven’t been check them out. The ice cream is always good and the cones always taste fresh.
Stay alone location. It just as good as it always is.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE the fresh flavors of this chain establishment. It’s outdoors and great for a Quick sweet Treat and I love the vast variety of options available from Ice Cream to Sorbet and Sugar Free and Dairy Free options that anyone can enjoy. Another key note factor that I love about this place is the amazing new limited edition flavors available like the Apple Caramel Crunch and the Cinnamon flavor which are two of my personal recommendations to try for the fall season. While I am a pumpkin spice fan I would say that the flavor for this place doesn’t necessarily hit the mark for me personally, it’s missing the crunchiness of the graham cracker and it’s a little to artificially flavored in my opinion. However this establishment does allow you to sample flavors which is a great bonus. Lastly if you’re searching for a unique classic on their menu that’s a fantastic option I’d highly recommend the New York Cheesecake and the yummy Key Lime Pie!! Vegetarian options: Non- dairy options are available for purchase which several options to choose.
Absolutely the best ice cream in Austell. Great staff, (shout out to Angel. Wonderful service), prices are decent, and the environment is inviting. Update: Still the best in the area. Quarts & Gallons are worth the price (shout out to Darrius. Great service sir).
Ordered a small cup and milkshake. Received my small cup. After we waiting a while, I asked about the milkshake. They said they gave it someone else. Had to wait a while for it again. I then asked for another small cup for the wait. They didn't say sorry. Gave me my milkshake. Then they guy slammed the window. Not great service. Do not recommend!!!!!
