Multiple times I have come here and waited in line for 30+ minutes to just leave empty handed. Service personnel are nice, but there is no slower service in all of strongsville.
This place is always a mess. The staff is always in some state of turmoil and it doesn’t seem very clean. The managers (who are always different) are usually scolding the staff and it’s just awkward. They prioritize DoorDash orders over in-person customers and I recently waited 25 minutes for a dozen bagels. I almost went behind the counter and put them in a bag myself.
Don’t bother ordering online. It’s been a half dozen times at this point; they never have your sandwich ready within the 15-20 minutes the app tells you. Most, if not all of the time they have no idea about your order, asking when you placed it and forcing you to wait for them to make it. I waited a half hour once behind everyone in line. Didn’t I order ahead and to go to avoid this?!
Needs to invest in training employees or close down. I'll assist with the basics, "toasted" means put in the toaster, and you would think common sense would be to put the cream cheese on one side of the herby turkey and the sundried tomato spread on the other, not both spreads on the same side right? And in minimal quantity at that. I'm not even sure what sort of incompetence was required to pull that one off. Anyway, the second star is because I laughed before tossing my sandwich in the trash. You can't save em all.
I enjoy the food but the recent change in ordering at the cash register than waiting is really dumb. Would applaud a change back to the norm
