Don't bother coming here to order in person unless you have a lot of time. They get a ton of orders, and they service them (both online and in person) in the sequence in which they came. This means if you just want 3 bagels (not a sandwich), you might have to wait 10 minutes or longer. After tipping prior to receiving my bagels, I waited at least 5 minutes while the two women workers prepared orders (apparently a long list of sandwiches). I could see they were really busy, but since I have to get back to work, I asked them politely if they could just hand me the 3 bagels I ordered but without cutting them (so it would be faster for them), but they became frazzled, rolled their eyes, and semi-aggressively asked me to wait my turn. As I was leaving, I heard one worker say rather loudly that I had an attitude. There were two women making the orders who were frantic (clearly understaffed), but 1 man doing almost nothing at the register (why didn't he just hand me the bagels after I ordered them?). I don't come here much because my experience is always the same. Sometimes I just want to pop in and buy a bagel but it's too much of a hassle. They lost my business (again).
Watch while they make your sandwich! I ordered two smoked salmon sandwiches, and she instead put two plain cream cheese sandwiches in a bag while I was paying. Bagel Brands service reached out and refunded our purchase price afterward, so we will be back, as this location usually provides excellent service and bagels.
Bagels are always fresh and delicious. Ordered online and it was ready for pickup when I got there. Bummer their dining room is closed bc it was a great place to sit and work but will still be a regular customer!
Out of all good bagels two weekends in a row 2hrs before close & out of eggs, too. Waste of space.
I'm down $16 for two extremely modest bagel sandwiches. The people were nice despite them messing up my order. The bagel was less than ok, but nothing special whatsoever. I don't think I'd come back again. It was my first and last time giving them my money.
There was no option for “No tip”. Tipping is discretionary, not mandatory.
