Bruegger's Bagels

The food was delicious and the customer service was quick and pleasant.

We always get a lot of bagels for the family when we go here. I totally understand that a large bagel order can be stressful, because I've worked customer service when it's stressful. I just think the new setup has made the employees a little too bold to gossip behind the counter - I could hear everything they were saying about our large bagel order and how they felt about it. It was really judgemental when we were polite placing and receiving the order... I think management should remind their employees that just because the customers aren't right in front of the glass anymore, we can still hear what they say about us. Very unprofessional.

Impressived with the improved service transformation. Very clean and inviting space, ordered first, staffed with 8 plus employees -- all ready to go and with smiles. You could feel the positive vibe from the workers. My experience this morning was a 5 star. Highly recommend this Bruegger's location.

The people who work at this location are awesome!

3/24/2024 EDIT: I sent a message on 2/11/2024 through the website mentioned in the owner reply, and have not heard anything from customer service. Service at this location has gone downhill. We were there today and you can't order your food then pay like years prior. Now you have to pay for your order before it's made. There's no signage anywhere, so there were quite a few people standing around wondering what to do. And the flies; they were everywhere. One employee was feeling sick while preparing sandwiches, then left in the middle of the shift. Orders weren't being made in the order they were purchased, two employees were on the line making sandwiches and three customers had their orders wrong. They were out of most bagel options, and I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich.

Dear Share Holders. Sell! They changed order process. Now it takes FOREVER. Big cluster behind the counter. Obvious management issue. Snarky staff. Total change after 20yr coming here.

I placed an online order at 9:05 a.m. with an estimated wait time a 15 to 20 minutes. When I arrived at the store 20 minutes after I ordered it, I already knew I would have to wait. There were tons of angry looking people standing around. I proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes before seeing the person making my sandwich, but then watching him take it out of the oven, put it on the cutting board and make four other sandwiches before bagging mine up. The total time that I waited for my order was 36 minutes! Again I ordered ahead of time. I was late to work. I had a cold sandwich that didn't even taste Good. Will not be back.
