Bruegger's Bagels

7am on a weekday and they're were closed. Locked doors, lights off and no posted hours. Should of read the other reviews before walking a few blocks for disappointment.

It would be great if they were actually open during business hours. Sign and website say that the store opens at 5:30 on weekdays. It's 7:00, and the doors are locked. This is true every time I come here before 8:00. Really frustrating when I'm trying to grab breakfast before work. When they are open, the bagels are good at least.

What good is a breakfast place if you're not even open at 7 o'clock? I want breakfast not lunch

So I'm rating this place for one reason and I'm a little sad because I didn't get the employee's name. But because of this great service I rate this place pretty high. I came on the am to a long line. After about a few minutes I realized that there was only one person behind the counter working the entire line. I mean taking the orders, making, and ringing them up with smoothies included, individually I may add. And did it all with a smile and even apologized for our inconvenience. Truly believe that he saved that store that day. And my smoked salmon bagel was great.

Literally never open during their posted hours. Needs new management

2 days in a row and the business is not open either day. No signs in the window about this. That's on May 16th and 17th 2022.

Very sad. This is my favorite bagel shop but this location is never open when it says it is. Was really looking forward to enjoying it, too bad.
