Bruegger's Bagels

This is the best bagel place in Colorado! I would normally get my order delivered, but one day it was too close to closing time for me to get delivery. I hobbled (I'm disabled and walking fast is hard ) my way to my car and drove over there. I barely made it but it was still 2 or 3 minutes left. The customer service is impeccable and they were very respectful and nice to me. This kind of service is hard to come by anymore and I thank them for helping me at the last minute before closing! Also I like that their bagels are made with natural ingredients and not the stuff America is starting to poison us with, but that's another story

Well, I guess they made their bagel smaller and thinner. I’m never coming back.

Bagels are delicious and you wont break the wallet getting a sandwich. Service is okay. I have been to this location enough that they don’t ask any names for order or get to know regulars. Would recommend they start writing down orders with a name. It start to become obnoxious when you have to repeat your order 4 times to the employees.

I just ordered an everything bagel, sliced and toasted to go. (I did not order a bacon-flavored bagel, with the free grease.) The employee cut my bagel and put in in the toaster. After this, while wearing the same gloves, he picked up two handfuls of bacon out of its plastic container and moved the bacon to heat it. After this, without changing his gloves, he grabbed my toasted bagel and wrapped it in paper and handed it to me. I asked if the bacon he had just touched was uncooked, which could be a problem. He said it comes cooked. I noticed my brown paper bag had grease all over it (have pictures) and I came home to not really enjoy a bagel that smelled and tasted of bacon. What if I was allergic to bacon or did not eat pork? I did not want to make a scene, but this is not good food practices. I live in the area, but this is not acceptable.

I've tried this place several times. The latest was on 12/6 at 10:00am. Ordered through DoorDash and my order was immediately cancelled because they didn't have the ingredients. I changed my order and added a note to substitute or call if they were out of anything. Again, order was cancelled immediately. I tried calling, but no answer. This is a repetitive problem. If you don't want to fulfill orders online, shut your doors so they won't be dashed. Horrible customer service.

I ❤️ bruegger’s bagels and bruegger’s bagels ❤️’s me!!! Farm House with strawberry cream cheese slaps! Usually i get avocado but i forgot to add it. If they are ever out of the hash brown bagels I get it with cinnamon rasin and it slaps. But more importantly than the amazing food, is the dope staff! Every time i come in these guys have good vibes and energy. Especially so early in the morning! Special s/o to Kayla Conner James and Shawn ☺️ u guys rock!!

Authentic New York style bagels are hard to come by in Denver. Best Bagels around. Food is hot, service is quick. Was introduced thru catering at work. These guys do it right. Highly recommend

My last visit was great. The store was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The smell of the fresh bagels was delightful and made the whole experience awesome. I look forward to the next time I stop by
