I just watched 25 people in line including myself get treated like a scolded child this morning. Embarrassing customer service. The “general manager” was sighing and clearly didn’t want to be there while the lady making the orders was screaming at people. I love Brueggers but will not take my business to this location again after being treated that way.
Every time I come to the Bruegger’s at Cleveland airport I have a horrible experience that always leaves me so uncomfortable!! The first time the woman taking orders was apparently speaking to me, but I couldn’t tell because her back was facing me. Then she whipped her head around and goes, “OH MY GOD HELLO??? I SAID ‘NEXT’!!” I’m sorry, how was I supposed to hear her when she had her back toward me?? So unpleasant. Well this time I was so focused on being ready to avoid getting yelled at that I didn’t even see the sign that said “wait for the next person to be called to step up” and I guess I stepped up before she was ready for me. My bad. Well she goes, “OH MY GOD YOU’RE AGGRAVATING MY NERVES CAN YOU READ??? I’M NOT READY FOR YOU YOU’RE SO AGGRAVATING!!” It was so disrespectful that I just walked away without ordering. It’s almost comical that both times she screamed at me before a single word even left my mouth. I don’t know what her issue is, but I think she should find a job where she doesn’t have to deal with customers if she has such a short fuse. As a server, I’ve dealt with plenty of ‘aggravating’ customers who have done much worse, but I’ve never yelled at them. I don’t know her name, but judging by the fact that this has happened to me twice before I even had the chance to speak, I’m sure you’ll know who I’m talking about. Seriously rude. Edit: After scrolling through at least 50 bad reviews about staff being rude I’m wondering how she’s still employed/how this place is still open. So insane. Update since it was requested: Guest services responded that they’d notify the regional manager. Seeing as how this has been going on for years, I don’t expect anything to come of it.
The people working at the airport site are extremely rude!!! I will never eat there again. Their attitudes stink, yelling at customers, one taking orders barely even showed interest in working! What a disgrace to your establishment!!

Probably the rudest service I’ve ever had at a walk-up food counter. The lady preparing the bagel sandwiches was loud, obnoxious and short with everyone and the person at the register was just as rude. The bagel sandwich was okay but I’d recommend avoiding this place and choosing any of the nearby options.
That was the last straw. I work at the airport, I have seen rudeness, and ignorance at this place. I wasn't even waited on because the couple in front of me was totally disrespected by the manager woman (AA with the huge belly) she was the Rudest she could be to those people, literally no cause for it. I stated as such, and walked away, never again and no one else should either. Disrespect does not Fly.
Just stood in line for 20 minutes to get a bagel this Sunday morning (was #5 in line when I started). The 2 girls behind the counter and 1 guy at the register were the slowest service I have ever experienced, anywhere. If you have to catch a flight don’t bet on this place. SLOW!!!
Food was fine but the old guy was extremely rude.
Wish I could give this place zero stars. Rude for starters. Bagels not toasted and the lady eating and taking orders at the same time. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering this garbage. Coffee and bagel.... SUCK!
