Bruegger's Bagels

Food was great, but the place seemed understaffed. The crew were polite and professional, but there were 3 employees trying to help a constantly filled lobby ordering and waiting on food. After paying for my order, it took about 20 minutes to get my drink, and then another 5-10 minutes on top of that to get my two bagels. Avoid if you're in a hurry.

At 11:00 am on a Thursday, this location looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a week. There was trash everywhere, the floors and tables were all filthy. Napkin dispensers were empty, every trash receptacle was overflowing. Yuck.

This is one of the dirtiest breuggers i have ever seen. Walked in and right back out. Would be afraid to ingest anything that comes from this location.

Needed a quick lunch between meetings. Came in and got a delicious quick sandwich for lunch. Very pleasantly surprised. No issues. Would definitely go back.

Very dirty store. 615 a.m., sweetener area, floor, rug in front of register, table bases, all dirty

Extremely slow service. They even had the audacity to ask for a tip (which we gave) but proceeded to move like molasses
