Bru Coffee and Gelato Leicester

Most of the time their bru app loyalty doesnt work on their till, then the customer loses out on points, if your systems are down, you should have a way for customers to claim their points using reciepts once your system is back up, because customers lose out.

Visit Bru for delicious Gelato - a variety of flavours to choose from and absolutely delicious. Service was fair - an issue at the tills with customers who could not decide what they actually wanted to order which had us waiting for a good few minutes before being able to pay, not much the staff could do about it to be fair. A great atmosphere - most very relaxed and enjoying night life in the city of Leicester. Highly recommend for a delicious treat .
