BRU Burger Bar - Westerville

I enjoyed this establishment! Super Staff! Excellent Food!

The food was terrible. The bun was cheap and was soaked and the food was cold by the time it got to the table. They were understaffed, so it was super slow, even though they weren't full or busy. Our staff was really sweet and competent, but was overworked and running ragged, trying to take care of too many tables at once.

Convenient spot with some outdoor seating options. My son enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries. Onion rings were good as well. I tried the Bruburger, which was very greasy. I had to eat it with a knife and fork as it fell apart. A little on the pricy side for the fare, but overall, an okay stop near soccer fields and Rec Center.

It was a night out with the girls. I had the hot chicken sandwich with onion rings. The food was not that good for me. The onion rings had no flavor and the breading on the chicken came off and it just a mess. The dessert-bread Pudding was good. The customer service was good and good atmosphere.

First time visiting. 530 pm on a Friday. We were sat quickly. Our server Blakely was amazing. The food was outstanding. Definitely recommend going here.

Great burgers!

Really good burgers and great salads. I do have to agree with some of the other reviews on the onion rings, there was a little too much breading which caused them to be a little too soggy. But it’s a burger place and the burger I got was delicious, would definitely go again for the burgers.

Update 3.8.24 Server was great and very personable. Food was fantastic. Appetizer and a burger. Service is a little lacking but the food is delicious! We didn't need much during our stay but the couple of condiments we did ask for we're delivered late or not at all. No water refills. But I know sometime things can get hectic behind the scenes that we don't see. Will definitely be back for the food.
