Very rude!!! They don’t even care about u!!!!! Worst customer service

So we stopped for a quick bite to eat. It was trivia night so very busy. We waited for some time at the entrance (since there was a sign 'Wait to be seated') but noone came so we made our way to the bar where there were a few empty seats. We didn't want to grab a drink there, just to order something small to eat and leave. We told the bartender that we wanted some fries and he replied 'So, you sat at the bar and you want no drinks?' in a very rude way. Well dude, first of all we would very happily sit at a table if there was one available, second be nice. Rating is mostly because of the rude guy at the bar, trivia sounded fun and fries were good.

Awesome bar food

We had dinner here during our visit to Chicago. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The server made us feel right at home and was so helpful in giving recommendations. I had the steak salad and taco soup and my husband had the carnitas sandwich, all were phenomenal. We had such a good time that we decided to stay and move over to the bar after dinner. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again!
