I went to Brown bag today for my very first time and had the best experience. Shannon took my order and was super friendly and provided the best suggestion for me to get their home made ginger lemonade. I then received my food from Kamyah who was very friendly. I then spoke with Jose and Von who were behind the scenes making food. All of the staff was super friendly, making my first experience amazing! I will for sure be back to get more food and visit the amazing staff!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Grabbed dinner here on a random Tuesday. The staff was very friendly and helpful (thanks Jose!!) and food - cauliflower tacos, Daily Catch bowl, and truffle park tots - was fresh and warm. A great way to close out the work day!

So so good. I got the fish and chips. Fresh, seasoned just right, I will be back next time I'm in the area.

This location is the best!! Jose is one of the best managers in the Chicago food scene - wonderful food and atmosphere for a dinner with friends after work. Great vibes, even better than the Lincoln Park location.

This was my first food stop during my first trip ever to Chicago, & it did not disappoint! Jose greeted us at the door & went through the menu, explaining his most favorites & making us feel comfortable in an unfamiliar town. We ended up going with the lobster roll & chowdah, both of which were amazing. Staff, food, & restaurant itself all get a 5/5 from me :)

Jose was super friendly and helped us navigate the menu (we’re from CO). The lobster roll was bomb and the sweet tea is comparable to the nectar of the gods. Lincoln location is ok….but this one takes the cake.
