Brouhaha Intown

I recently dined at Brouhaha restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the recommendation, the cordon bleu was not only tasteless but also seemed old. When we brought this to the attention of our waitress, her response was surprisingly rude, lacking any hint of apology. When asked what could be done, we expressed our dissatisfaction, but the waitress abruptly stopped attending to our table. No one else came to address the issue, and no apologies were extended. To our dismay, the subpar dish still found its way onto our final bill. This lack of accountability and customer service was truly disheartening. A dining experience is not just about the food; it's also about the service and how issues are handled. Unfortunately, Brouhaha fell short on both fronts during our visit. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, as attention to customer satisfaction is crucial for the success of any establishment.

The service was at its worst, the staff didn’t provide the minimum effort to provide the service, as if they don’t want somebody to get served, and the funniest thing is that , one of the servers requested a smoke from us, even though we gave it to him but it was so strange , the staff must learn that , they must not request anything from the clients/customers. The ambience was acceptable and desserts were good. But the unprofessionalism of the staff made this place unwanted and unwelcome. Will not repeat. Parking: Parking bit far. Maybe you gotta walk around 10-15 min.

I order as a drink a strawberry lemonade that came in a sticky glass and the taste was so sweet. The food that I ordered consists of grilled chicken (3 pieces) and some baked potatoes and grilled vegetables. The chicken was good but a little bit to grilled and the vegetables were almost raw.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Brouhaha Intown and I'm excited to share my 5-star review. While I was there, something happened that brought a lot of amusement to our dining experience. A nearby dog suddenly started barking, which caught our waitress off guard and made for a hilarious moment. The manager, being incredibly generous, went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary minted lemonade juice as a gesture of goodwill. I have to say, it was truly one of the most delicious drinks I have ever had. This extraordinary incident, along with the scrumptious food and the friendly staff, made our visit to Brouhaha Intown unforgettable. If you're looking for a place with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and some unexpected fun, I highly recommend checking out Brouhaha Intown.

Very bad service, shisha is not good and if you call the shisha guy it will take him 15 minutes to come and fix the shisha

Rude servers, did not like that we ordered the same drinks and told us to take feet off couch like it wasn’t already dirty. To be specific servers were all fine other than the bald one.

The restaurant is awesome, literally awesome, the ambience is super Wow in the old souk of byblos (Jbiel) and the service is fast. Very well done
