Love this place. The food is great and the service is too.

New cooks/owner/ingredients?? This place used to be my bar for ramen taste. I live in Alabama so I had always made sure this place was on the food list when I came to TN. I always got the tonkotsu ramen. The past couple visits have been so disappointing(most recent is Feb 2024). Super average broth-muted taste-not terrible but not the usual "Oh yeah, there it is. This is why I always come back!". I didn't finish the bowls which NEVER happened. I have family that live in Murfreesboro and they even warned me not to go because it's not as good as it used to be. Something has changed for sure ☹️ Atmosphere even felt different. Used to feel lively with Japan vibes. Felt very library hush hush the past couple times. Maybe clientele has changed? Service was still great. Will miss my favorite ramen spot

The food here is good, but despite the stated hours and “open” sign; don’t bother arriving past 8:30 as they will turn you away. They offered a to-go menu; but if I wanted to-go I’d have ordered delivery. If you really close at 8:30, change the hours to say so! Next time I’ll just go to the other ramen place a couple miles away, least you will get served there.

It was amazing!!! Brothers Ramen did not disappoint. For appetizers, we got Chicken Buns and Edemame. The chicken buns were absolutely delicious! I had vegetarian ramen and my husband had gyuniku ramen (beef) and we both demolished our bowls. I highly recommend this place! In addition, the atmosphere and service were top tier! We will definitely be coming back. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Ramen was delicious!

The ramen is just ok, the meat is not chasiu it is just thin boil pork belly. I like the design and atmosphere but everything else is just mediocre. It is good for Luch.

We came in for dinner and my husband and I were excited to try ramen for the first time! However we will not be back. We were one of 3 tables, and it seemed like the food and the service was slow. The appetizers were good, but that’s where it ended. The ramen took awhile to come out, and I was shocked to leave hungry after 2 appetizers and my own bowl of ramen. My husband and I counted no more than 3 pieces of chicken in each of ours, and there really just weren’t enough noodles to fill us. We had to add a few things in to give it better flavor, and even then it just was disappointing. At $14, I expected way more. We felt super ripped off. I’ll just make my own next time.
