New basement set up is crazy! How cool

Worst service in Indy. I’m tired of the excuse that you’re short staffed. Here’s an idea, limit how many people you serve!

Went here before a concert and the place was packed. I don't blame them for being busy as they can't control it but the wait for food being 45+ min seemed outlandish even with a bigger than anticipated crowd. Service at the bar was fast and friendly and there seemed to be a decent amount of seating and the place seemed relatively clean.

The food is always amazing and bartenders are really friendly. I love the 2$ burger days and the drink specials they always have. Editing my review since the past few times we've been here service has really sucked

Yesterday I was in Indianapolis for work and somebody recommended Brothers. As a recent Alabama graduate, I was excited to watch the final four basketball games! My coworker and I walk in and the polite bouncer checks our IDs and we get in with no issues. Upon finding a seat at the bar I am met with the most aggressive, insolent, arrogant service I have ever seen in my life. To begin with, the Asian bartender demands my ID which was just checked not 5 minutes ago, and dares to call it fake. She allows service to my coworker but not me and refuses to let us talk to the manager as I pull out more credentials proving it’s real. We were met with obvious aggravation and frustration (could be the vodka she was drinking) and when we finally talked with the manager we were met with an even worse attitude. The manager upstairs refused to talk to us and just screamed at us. Both girls were incompetent and overwhelmed. After realizing arguing was a lost cause we went downstairs and the blonde bartender was able to confirm my ID (very nice and polite). I’ve never left a review in my life and I am the farthest thing from a Karen but I hope this bar can make the adjustments because the atmosphere was amazing. Out of the hundreds of bars I’ve been to the service upstairs was almost comical.

Extremely busy the day we were there due to the NCAA tournament. It took almost 45 minutes to have our order taken, but this was understandable. Good food and a dynamic atmosphere.

Drinks were not great, but the waitress was great
