Brooklyn Public House

A comfortable, no-frills bar where you can relax and order drinks. There is plenty of seating available and a really pleasant atmosphere in the bar. The drinks were excellent and fairly priced. Though it's a well-liked location in the neighborhood, it may get crowded on the weekends. Would return without a doubt if I were ever in the area again!

I had a perfect seat to enjoy my french onion soup with a side of really good french fries. Had a perfect hot cider spiked with bourbon all while watching the Rangers on tv. Hiding out from the 9 f degree weather .

Mussels and calamari is so good. If you come order the mussels first of not calamari so good One of the best steaks I ever had steak meal is good. Nachos are good especially steak nachos they are generous with portion

Cozy interior, cute for a sports bar. Food was mediocre. The server got my drink order wrong and charged me for a more expensive drink. The drink in question was an alcoholic vs virgin cider. There must've only been a small amount of alcohol in it because I only noticed halfway through. I told a server that it was the wrong drink but apparently too late. Would respect a business more for 1) getting drink orders right in the first place and 2) owning up when they're wrong.

That photo came out of the 1965 Pratt yearbook, and here is another one. The place looks really great after all these years, and if I didn't live in Texas I would come pay a visit.
